Just drinking herbal tea at night might not be enough but try drinking a few glasses a day and see how well you sleep! The natural compounds and anti-oxidants in herbal teas help to relax and relieve the body of stress.
The color palette: The color palette of the room plays an important in making the room soothing and relaxing. The bold prints and colors are not the best choice for creating a calm environment. The pastel colors are a good choice a luxurious and relaxing look. The shades of green and blue are a nice choice. The neutral color base makes it easy to refresh the look of the room from time to time without changing everything because they go well with most of the colors.
